OLA Assembly
OLA Assembly
An online entertainment show published in the OLA’s YouTube and Facebook channels on the second Saturday of each month, the OL Assembly keeps alumni abreast of updates from the school and community. It has a variety of entertaining and engaging content, put together and broadcasted by OLs from across the world.
Conceived and developed in the initial months of 2020 in response to cancellation of Founder’s Day celebrations, the OL Assembly brought the ‘school closer to its community, in the time of social distancing.’
Drawing on the camaraderie and bonding among OLs, the result was a fun and entertaining online show with nostalgia-evoking content that every OL could easily relate to. The first ever online OL Assembly was broadcasted in May 2020.
The OL Assembly publishes online video content that is sourced from the community, and also has something for everyone. Various OLs from across 60 batches volunteer their time, skills and creativity to bring to the community a fun-filled and informative variety entertainment show.
